Bungie today released their first update for the highly-rated Halo 3. The update is to get rid some of some bugs, namely the constant Shotty Sniper mode that once vetoed, the only thing to change is the map, but the game type stays the same. We're happy to see it being reduced as it is an annoying game mode. What else has been added is Bungie now allow sixteen gamers to take part in a Big Team Battle, along with a waypoint locating the target in one-sided matches of VIP, and Lone Wolves will also find themselves thrown into more Slayer matches than previously.
Bungie is expected to be tweaking the online side of things in the next couple of months, so updates should be seen to improve Halo 3. Club Skill recently reviewed the end of the trilogy title, click here to read it.
