Mario Kart Wii Introduces Motorcycles

It's Project Gotham Racing 4, Mario Kart style! During the Nintendo Conference Fall 2007 event, Nintendo revealed that Karts wont be the only thing burning up rubber on the track, as Mario and his crew can now ride on Motorcycles in Mario Kart Wii. Details on how this would affect the game were not present, but it's been confirmed that Motorcycles and Karts will be able to race alongside each other on the same tracks.
Another feature new to the series is the ability to pull off stunts on both vehicles during races, as you can race up half-pipe like ramps and rotate your kart in mid-air before landing, or pull off wheelies with the motorcycles.
Mario Kart is set for a Spring 2008 release worldwide.
