Club Skill

registering at Club Skill:
Unlimited Site Access
Whilst it hasn't yet begun, eventually we will
be delivering member-exclusive columns and
features. You'll also be able to get the latest
patches, trailers, radio shows and downloads
before anyone else - as we will release content
to our members before we do to our readers.
Member Profile
Your member profile is your homepage on the
Internet! Not only does it display information
about yourself such as your name, birthday and
interests, but it also shows your friends,
activity and statistics, your latest journal
entry, messages to you from other members and
even has space for your photo/webcam picture,
your desktop screenshot and a photo of your
gaming rig!
Journals
Keep your friends updated on the latest
happenings of your life. While you may already
have a journal or blog elsewhere on the
Internet, why keep it separate? With Club Skill
you can keep up to date with the latest
happenings around the world of video games and
Anime, as well as your life, with our
ever-expanding community.
Friends Lists
If you've got a friend who's registered at Club
Skill, go check out their profile! Then with the
click of a button, you can add them to your
friends list to check when they were last online
or if they're online right now, so it's easy to
know when to drop them a message or update your
journal. You can also find members with similar
interests and add them to their lists. Heck, you
can add anyone to your lists. You can even stalk
the writers and administrators!
Game Collections, Wishlists and Favourites
Got a game? Let people know! Want a game? Tell
people! Have a favourite game? Share it! Or you
could just do it all the easier way by clicking
a button to add that game to your collection,
wishlist or favourites. This will automatically
be displayed on your profile for everyone to see
and is the best way of listing the games you've
got, the games you want and the games you love.
Forum/Shoutbox Access
Join the discussion in our forum! Chat about the
latest and greatest video games, Anime and life
in general. Show off your skills in the graphics
forum or join the fun in our entertainment
forum! And as for the shoutbox - send messages
to other members in real-time, just like you do
in an Instant Messenger, but with people with
similar interests from all around the world. (Shoutbox
coming soon)

Disagree with a review? Excited about a news
story? Want to get your word across to not only
other members, but general readers too? Use our
article comments feature to have your say. You
can also leave members comments that will appear
on the front of their profile!
User League and
Competitions
Our user league is possibly the best community
feature, but that's up to you to decide. Here's
how it works.
When you register, you are automatically entered
into our user league with 100 points to get you
started. You can earn points by remaining active
in the community (see below). The more points
you get, the more chance you have of winning
great prizes in our user league season which
lasts for three months. At the end of this
season, your points go back to zero and you've
got a fresh chance to compete against other
members.

Skill Points
(SP)
are points earned in a season and are reset to
zero every season (three months).
Club points
(CP)
are your total points earned since registration.
At the end of every three months, we'll have
great prizes to give away, so it's worth getting
involved, even if the prizes haven't yet been
announced!
We'll also hold competitions during this time
(which may or may not revolve around the user
league) which only our users can enter.
Club Skill Newsletter
We'll keep you up-to-date with the most
important news in video games and Anime every
month with our newsletter, written by our
dedicated news team. It'll also give you updates
on our latest competitions and reviews, previews
and features, as well as user league rankings
and member updates!
Upcoming Features
We've got big plans for site features and we're
alwaysto suggestions via our forum. With
all this and more, you've got one of the
greatest video games and Anime communities on
the Internet!
